Mr. Pavan Kuchana founded Taksheel in October 1999. He started IBSS Inc (which later merged with Taksheel) in New Jersey in 1995 with $10,000 capital right after finishing his Masters degree. When all his fellow students were looking for jobs after coming out of campus, he provided them with job opportunities. Today Taksheel is a leading provider of wealth management technology solutions to financial services industry.

He started with a vision to build a global organization with a focus on delivering value to customers. In spite of downturn in IT industry, he always focused on building core competency in financial services sector. Mr. Pavan has successfully defined and implemented the vision and business strategy for the company. Today TAKSHEEL has an impressive list of clientele like Merryl Lynch, Citigroup, Lincoln Financials, Bank of America and more.

With a well-established reputation as a successful executive in the technology industry, Pavan brings significant strategic expertise to the Taksheel team. Mr. Pavan Kuchana holds Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Tele-communications from Nagpur university, and Masters in computer science from City College of New York(CCNY), City University, New York.

Mr. Mani Kuchana is responsible for Sales and marketing. Mr. Mani’s strength is in building large customers like Citigroup, Bank of America and more. He started with Taksheel at an early stage of the company and with his remarkable and charming personality he manages large customer base with strong loyalty for the company. He is a proven leader, with a solid history of success leading finely tuned teams in support of prominent enterprise software customers.

Prior to joining Taksheel, Mr. Mani has worked with First Mobile Company in India. Throughout his career, he has successfully integrated business objectives and Marketing strengths. Mani provides Taksheel substantial experience of envisioning and implementing solutions for Global 2000 companies. He has the unique perspective of driving sales and marketing successfully from the point of view of a software start up. He is a senior Communications Professional with over 10 years of experience in all aspects of Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications and Public Relations

Mr. Mani holds Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Harish Kumar is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad. He has over 28 years of experience. He has been an executive of companies like Murphy India, IDM (an offshoot of IBM, India) and Usha International. He worked as a Director of Incowax looking after the Finance & Marketing functions.

He worked managing director M/s Polyinks for 15 years. He has rebuilt the Company after a devastating fire accident in 1995 and grew to become No 2 manufacturer of Hot Melt Adhesives in India reputed for honesty, integrity, formulating skills and customer service. He has conceived, designed and established one of Asia s largest and most modern factories for HotMelts in Uttaranchal State. The Co has now been converted into a JV with the Global leaders in the field and is now part of the worldwide ICI plc Group. Harish has been retained by ICI, UK as a special advisor.

He has worked with International Data Mgmt, N Delhi an Employee Coop venture formed to continue the data centre, cards and equipment marketing businesses of IBM when IBM exited from India in 1978.

He has done the Internship Programme for T Group Trainers of Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS) and has given several lectures on Management and strategy at several leading institutions.

Mr. Shekar Viswanathan is qualified in the fields of Accountancy and Economics. As associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has over 25 years of vast experience in the fields of Trade Finance, Project Finance, Investment Management and fund raising. He did his articleship from Fraser & Ross, Chartered Accountants and industrial training from Brakes India Limited.

He worked with TG Kirloskar Automotive Private Limited (TGKL) as a member of the Board of Directors and also as Deputy Managing Director of TGKL. In September 2005, he was inducted onto the Board of Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts Private Limited as a Whole Time Director.

Earlier he has worked as General manager finance for Haldia Petrochemicals Limited and as AVP of Lazard Brothers international where he was advisor to Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) on Trade Finance and Project Finance. He also worked with Chase Manhattan Bank for eight years and he was trained at the bank s Hong Kong training center.

Mr Viswanathan is a member of the Executive Committee of ACMA (Auto Component Manufacturers Association of India). He is a life member of Bombay Presidency Golf Club, Mumbai.

Mr. Sanjay Devulapalli, holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Nagpur University. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of information technology. Mr. Sanjay is the founder and Managing Directorof 123 Signup India operations, which provides comprehensive web based(ASP model) association management and event management systems for trade and professional associations. He has extensive experience in business process management, project management, requirement analysis, architectural design, implementation and training. Prior to his current venture he worked with companies such as Emerson power transmission, Lynix Infotek and share Logic.

Mr. N V Ramana is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, BASIX group of companies, a group of financial services and technical assistance companies. The organisation works with over 350,000 households in 54 districts in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. He also worked as Managing Director of Krishna Bhima Samruddhi Local Area Bank, which is a pioneer in micro savings, bank on wheels and other deposit based insurance services in the under banked areas. Bank has done innovative micro credit in Small & Medium Scale Enterprises & Agro businesses. He has successfully introduced weather derivatives (Rainfall Insurance) in the market through KBS Bank for risk mitigation of the small dry land farmers in AP.

Prior to BASIX, was associated with ITC group for over two decades at various levels of management in the areas of procurement, commodity trading, processing, marketing and exports of agricultural commodities. He worked with World Bank team on oil seed complex to recommend methodologies of procurement system and efficiencies in infrastructure and buying.

He is widely traveled and dealt with commodity markets of Asia (Thailand, China) on US and Europe on grains oilseeds and tobacco. Worked with various trade bodies like Palm oil development in Malaysia, Lendl commodities UK.

Ramana, is a post graduate in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and a graduate in Dairy Technology from National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal.
