October 1999. He started IBSS Inc (which later merged with Taksheel) in New
Jersey in 1995 with $10,000 capital right after finishing his Masters degree.
When all his fellow students were looking for jobs after coming out of campus,
he provided them with job opportunities. Today Taksheel is a leading provider
of wealth management technology solutions to financial services industry.
He started with a vision to build a global organization with a focus on
delivering value to customers. In spite of downturn in IT industry, he always
focused on building core competency in financial services sector.
Mr. Pavan Kumar Kuchana has successfully defined and implemented the
vision and business strategy for the company. Today TAKSHEEL has an impressive
list of clientele like Merryl Lynch, Citigroup, Lincoln Financials, Bank of
America and more.

He is a proven leader, with a solid history of success leading finely tuned teams in support of prominent enterprise software customers.
Prior to joining Taksheel, Mr. Mani has worked with First Mobile Company in India. Throughout his career, he has successfully integrated business objectives and Marketing strengths. Mani provides Taksheel substantial experience of envisioning and implementing solutions for Global 2000 companies. He has the unique perspective of driving sales and marketing successfully from the point of view of a software start up. He is a senior Communications Professional with over 10 years of experience in all aspects of Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications and Public Relations.
Mr. Mani holds Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering.

positions. He has to his credit many successful projects with custom &
package solutions involving Business Systems, Infrastructure (voice &
data), Web, and Operations.
He has extensive knowledge of operational processes within finance, leasing and investment industry firms. He is a mature, technically competent, outgoing individual with a comprehensive knowledge of the corporate information management environment as well as an in depth understanding of web-based communications and collaboration tools. He is customer focused; team oriented manager, who thrives in an innovative and progressive technology-based atmosphere.

years of experience in operations, Strategic planning, Institutional marketing,

Prior to joining Taksheel, he has served companies like Navyuga Engineering,
DCL finance, Nagarjuna group and Howard Finley as profit center / business head
roles.
He is a recognized thought leader in business process management and an
experienced SHRM practitioner. He has an outstanding record of recruiting,
building committed teams and directing high performance employees. He has
worked with AP state higher educational council (APSCHE) in introducing and
popularizing e-learning. He has written a book on developing soft skills for
APSCHE to distribute to all students admitted to engineering stream. He has
demonstrated experience of scaling up operations to sustain high growth rates.
He has facilitated quick absorption of new technologies and agile reorientation
of business process management. He is an effective team builder who leverages
team strengths for breakthrough results.
He is currently the senior Vice President- operations and looks after HR, Legal
and administration. He participates in strategy implementation and in creation
of business eco-systems.

Mr. Prasada Rao heads the Finance, Treasury,
Accounting, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Secretarial functions. He
brings in 23 years of experience in accounts and finance in telecommunications,
PCB, Iron & steel and textiles, banking , electronics and IT industries.
Prior to joining Taksheel, he has worked with M/s Speck systems, Sujana group,
Mediciti hospitals, Bartronics, Vardhman Bank, ITIL and Maruti cottex.
In ITI Ltd., he had extensive exposure to integral system of accounting,
corporate systems, procedures, budgets and budgetary control, and costing
systems. He is instrumental in implementing ERPs in three of the companies that
he has worked. Prasadraos financial skills were honed during his stay with
Sujana group and costing and budgeting skills were fine tuned at Mediciti
hospitals. In Vardhaman Bank, he had a brief foray into Banking and was given a
cash award by the Bank for his excellent services.
He is a fellow Chartered Accountant with Company Secrataries membership and a
graduation in law from Bangalore university as additional qualifications.

Mr. Kishore Kumar Gudimala has more than 10
years of experience in finance function covering cash flow management,

He has been working with Taksheel from 1999 and has served corporate management
function along with finance. He has played a pivotal role in moving the
corporate services and finance function from US to India.He is familiar with
banking operations in both US and India. He has designed and implemented the
cost control and the MIS systems.
He is soft spoken and is meticulous in his planning. He has a penchant for
analyzing the equities and futures markets. He has proven interpersonal skills
and is known for his mentoring and team building skills.
Mr. Kishore Kumar Gudimala holds Masters in management and a Post-graduate

Mr. Jangaiah Paladi has about 17 years of
experience in industry and academics in finance, strategic planning and project
management. He was associated as a functional consultant with HiRepS project of
Apollo Hospitals and was consulted on cost accounting and MIS projects too.
Prior to joining Taksheel, he was working with the premier educational
institution, ICFAI, Hyderabad, as a Professor in Finance, where he was
associated with research, consulting, teaching and training. He was a corporate
trainer with Tanning Technologies, Coromandel Fertilizers, Vijai Electricals in
finance area.
Earlier he has worked as GM projects with Pragnya Software Systems Ltd where he
successfully guided the development of a core banking system for small banks.
He was responsible for the entire SDLC and management of project resources. In
addition, he was also interfacing with the clients for requirement gathering,
implementation and user training.
He has exposure to equity research and financial modeling. He looks after
strategy and planning.
