Mr. Pavan Kumar Kuchana founded Taksheel in October 1999. He started IBSS Inc (which later merged with Taksheel) in New Jersey in 1995 with $10,000 capital right after finishing his Masters degree. When all his fellow students were looking for jobs after coming out of campus, he provided them with job opportunities. Today Taksheel is a leading provider of wealth management technology solutions to financial services industry.

He started with a vision to build a global organization with a focus on delivering value to customers. Mr. Pavan Kumar Kuchana holds Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Tele-communications from Nagpur university, and Masters in computer science from City College of New York(CCNY), City University, New York.

Mr. Mani Kuchana is responsible for Sales and marketing. Mr. Mani’s strength is in building large customers like Citigroup, Bank of America and more. He started with Taksheel at an early stage of the company and with his remarkable and charming personality he manages large customer base with strong loyalty for the company. He is a proven leader, with a solid history of success leading finely tuned teams in support of prominent enterprise software customers.

Prior to joining Taksheel, Mr. Mani has worked with First Mobile Company in India. Throughout his career, he has successfully integrated business objectives and Marketing strengths. Mani provides Taksheel substantial experience of envisioning and implementing solutions for Global 2000 companies. He has the unique perspective of driving sales and marketing successfully from the point of view of a software start up. He is a senior Communications Professional with over 10 years of experience in all aspects of Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications and Public Relations.

Mr. Mani holds Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Ramasastri Garimella has eight years of experience in executing software projects and project management. He looks after the projects for Banking industry and IT Services.

Prior to joining Taksheel, he has worked as a senior software engineer with satyam computers. He is a results driven senior IT professional with a successful record of accomplishments in progressive positions. He has to his credit many successful projects with custom & package solutions involving Business Systems, Infrastructure (voice & data), Web, and Operations.

He has extensive knowledge of operational processes within finance, leasing and investment industry firms. He is a mature, technically competent, outgoing individual with a comprehensive knowledge of the corporate information management environment as well as an in depth understanding of web-based communications and collaboration tools. He is customer focused; team oriented manager, who thrives in an innovative and progressive technology-based atmosphere.

He holds a B.Tech (Computer Science) from Andhra University.

Mr. Hanumantha Rao Surampudi has more than 30 years of experience in operations, Strategic planning, Institutional marketing, strategic HR, capacity building, Knowledge management and general management. Prior to joining Taksheel, he has served companies like Navyuga Engineering, DCL finance, Nagarjuna group and Howard Finley as profit center / business head roles.

He is a recognized thought leader in business process management and an experienced SHRM practitioner. He has an outstanding record of recruiting, building committed teams and directing high performance employees. He has worked with AP state higher educational council (APSCHE) in introducing and popularizing e-learning. He has written a book on developing soft skills for APSCHE to distribute to all students admitted to engineering stream. He has demonstrated experience of scaling up operations to sustain high growth rates. He has facilitated quick absorption of new technologies and agile reorientation of business process management. He is an effective team builder who leverages team strengths for breakthrough results.

He is currently the senior Vice President- operations and looks after HR, Legal and administration. He participates in strategy implementation and in creation of business eco-systems.

He is an MBA from IIM - Calcutta and has done his B.Tech from IIT Madras.

Mr. Prasada Rao heads the Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Secretarial functions. He brings in 23 years of experience in accounts and finance in telecommunications, PCB, Iron & steel and textiles, banking , electronics and IT industries.

Prior to joining Taksheel, he has worked with M/s Speck systems, Sujana group, Mediciti hospitals, Bartronics, Vardhman Bank, ITIL and Maruti cottex.

In ITI Ltd., he had extensive exposure to integral system of accounting, corporate systems, procedures, budgets and budgetary control, and costing systems. He is instrumental in implementing ERPs in three of the companies that he has worked. Prasadraos financial skills were honed during his stay with Sujana group and costing and budgeting skills were fine tuned at Mediciti hospitals. In Vardhaman Bank, he had a brief foray into Banking and was given a cash award by the Bank for his excellent services.

He is a fellow Chartered Accountant with Company Secrataries membership and a graduation in law from Bangalore university as additional qualifications.

Mr. Kishore Kumar Gudimala has more than 10 years of experience in finance function covering cash flow management, investment analysis, banking operations, commercial taxes, MIS and accounts finalization.

He has been working with Taksheel from 1999 and has served corporate management function along with finance. He has played a pivotal role in moving the corporate services and finance function from US to India.He is familiar with banking operations in both US and India. He has designed and implemented the cost control and the MIS systems.

He is soft spoken and is meticulous in his planning. He has a penchant for analyzing the equities and futures markets. He has proven interpersonal skills and is known for his mentoring and team building skills.

Mr. Kishore Kumar Gudimala holds Masters in management and a Post-graduate diploma in computer applications.

Mr. Jangaiah Paladi has about 17 years of experience in industry and academics in finance, strategic planning and project management. He was associated as a functional consultant with HiRepS project of Apollo Hospitals and was consulted on cost accounting and MIS projects too.

Prior to joining Taksheel, he was working with the premier educational institution, ICFAI, Hyderabad, as a Professor in Finance, where he was associated with research, consulting, teaching and training. He was a corporate trainer with Tanning Technologies, Coromandel Fertilizers, Vijai Electricals in finance area.

Earlier he has worked as GM projects with Pragnya Software Systems Ltd where he successfully guided the development of a core banking system for small banks. He was responsible for the entire SDLC and management of project resources. In addition, he was also interfacing with the clients for requirement gathering, implementation and user training.

He has exposure to equity research and financial modeling. He looks after strategy and planning.

He holds an MBA and M Com from Osmania University.

Mr. RamaKrishna Vakacharla has 15 years of software development experience. He leads in delivering wealth management solutions.

Prior to joining Taksheel solutions, he has worked for companies like Patni Computers, Atcom Technologies, Corcomp Info Systems and Silverline Technologies. He has rich experience of execution of domestic and International IT Projects using Onsite/Offshore model. He is Well-versed with SDLC, technology planning, Program and Project Management, New Product rollouts, Project Estimation, Relationship Management, System design and analysis, database design, Project implementation, User Manual and Training.

He brings with him broad experience on CRM, BPM/Workflow, CRM, E-Business, eLearning, Multimedia, Messaging & Collaborating Applications. He has worked in USA, UAE and Indonesia.

He has an MBA and Bachelors Degree in commerce. He is a Certified Project Manager from PMI, USA and is also Microsoft certified professional in Windows 2000 technologies.

Mr. Ravi Kusam has 12 years of experience, of which the last eight years has been in sales and recruitments. He has worked as programmer analyst before moving into sales function. He has been working with Taksheel from 2000 and leads the sales efforts of the Company. He actively participates in the business planning process.

His track record in lead generation and customer relations is impressive. He has ability to foresee customer needs, identify pain points and offer agile and effective solutions. He is successful in team building, leading and mentoring sales and presales teams.

He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from State board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Bachelors degree in Science and Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.

Mr. Sardar Jasminder Singh has two years of experience in secretarial matters. He has worked for one year as a financial analyst. He has experience in dealing with matters related to RBI and DGFT. He is a team player with good communication skills. He looks after companys secretarial and corporate law matters. Prior to joining Taksheel, he worked with A.V. Rao & Associates.

He is an ACS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi and is a Graduate in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He underwent computer training from CMC Limited, Hyderabad.

Mr. Vinod Kumar has six years of experience in software development. Prior to joining Taksheel, he has worked with Agile Software Services and Philips Software centre. He led various Customer Relationship Management, HR and Finance applications projects. He possess an understanding of how to utilize technology in order to deliver enterprise solutions that meet business requirements. He is currently working as a project manager for RECAP project for Lincoln Financials. He is skilled in database development, object oriented analysis/design, exposure to the entire Software Development Life Cycle, data modeling, client/server and web based applications development, knowledge management and workflow applications.

He holds a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from Gulbarga University, Karnataka and a Bachelor of Science from Gulbarga University, Karnataka.

Ms. Srilaxmi Pottuluri has 7 years of experience as a software engineer. She is experienced in n-Tier architecture applications. Prior to joining Taksheel, she has worked with Techno IT solutions and Multywave Technologies. She is working as Sr. Project lead. She has managed the development and implementation of a Document Management solution to be used by multiple functional groups.

She is a B.Tech (ECE) from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh with PGDCA from CMC Ltd, Hyderabad.

Mr. Venugopal Singathi has more than 4 years of software development experience. Prior to joining Taksheel, he has worked with Login Soft India. He has worked on RECAP project for Lincoln financials. He is currently working as a project lead in Quality Assurance. He has extensive experience in quality assurance, quality auditing and regulatory affairs compliance He is competent in the implementation and management of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

He is a B.E. in Computer Science from Madras University.

Mr. Samiuddin Mohammed has 12 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining Taksheel, he has been the Territory Manager - Corporate Sales for Wings Infonet, marketing ERP and CRM solutions. He has worked earlier as Sales Engineer for Al-mira group in Saudi Arabia. He is responsible for client relationships. He is a Business Developer with 12 years experience in the franchise industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Osmania University and also an MBA from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Mr. Siva Rama Sastry has 17 years of experience in finance & accounting functions. He is experienced in using financial software packages like Oracle-Financials, Quick Books, Tally and Wings. Prior to joining Taksheel, he has worked with companies like Leo Meridian Infrastructure and Projects, RPG Infotech Limited and Pennar Alluminium Limited . He looks after Indian accounts.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh.
