1. Project Manager - Technical (JOB ID - TKL 01373)

Job Summary

Taksheel is seeking a dynamic and energetic Technical Project Manager to join our Operations. The Project Manager will lead technical personnel through complex projects. This dynamic team leader will be comfortable with ambiguity and will have demonstrated significant "on-the-ground" technical project and/or software engineering or implementation leadership experience, where they have participated in the definition and execution of the processes for completing the work required.

Essential Responsibilities:

	Prepare project plans and SOWs, maintain project scope definition and effectively manage the change control process.
	Supervise all business and technical consulting teams on the project and manage expectations.
	Plan client communication, manage development team and oversee all data transfer and ETL issues.
	Facilitate requirements discovery meetings (conference calls, on-site visitations, etc.)
	Ensure the efficient implementation of each deployment step, including delegating duties to all tech leads and keeping team members informed of the client needs, deadline changes, and functionality changes.
	Track budget and managing project costs.
	Create and execute production schedules.
	Utilize Taksheel deployment methodology throughout project life cycle.
	Engage in business development by completing project scoping, estimating, and proposal writing.

In addition to project responsibilities, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for coordinate, plan and direct all client implementation activities and will ensure that their goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters. 

Qualifications -- Education and/or Experience:

	Master's degree in Computer Science.
	5+ years of experience as Project Manager - Technical.
	Strong Microsoft Technologies background.
	Quality Assurance, Data Analysis - Data Modeling.
	PMP certification required.
	Must have experience experience with managing projects involving ETL/data extraction & conversion technologies.

Desired But Not Mandatory:

• BFSI Industry software development experience
