13. Technical Resourcer
Job Summary
The ideal candidate must have atleast 2 years of hardcore experience as
Technical Resourcer in a similar role. Sound knowledge on IT concepts and
latest trends. Should have end-to-end resourcing life cycle experience with
progressive track record.
Duties & Responsibilities:
 |
Sourcing qualified candidates
within time limits using traditional and creative sourcing techniques.
Extensive experience in using Job-boards like Dice.com, Monster etc.

Smart negotiation skills, negotiating the rates
with consultants and employers as applicable.
|
|
 |
Review contracts to ensure adherence to company
policies and payment terms.
|
|
 |
Strong knowledge of US geography and
familiarity with US tax terms. Should have good understanding of W2, 1099 and
corp-to-corp.

|
 |
Developed relationships with consultants and
vendors.
|
|
 |
Establish rapport and level of trust with
identified candidates throughout the screening, submittal, negotiation,
referencing and placement process.
|
|
|
 |
Ability to work independently and multi task in
a fast paced environment.
|
|
 |
Maintaining database of IT Resources.
|
Skills / Attributes Required:
 |
2-3 years working as Technical
resourcer / recruiter.
|
|
 |
Any Graduate with a diploma/PG diploma course
in computers or Software/ IT related technologies. Preferable: MBA (HR).
|
|
 |
Effective communication skills (Both verbal and
Written) and excellent Interpersonal skills.
|
|
 |
Willingness to work in US timings (Night
shifts).
|
