Manager
Job Summary :
He is responsible for the immigration matters of all the
employees, Compliance of US Company related laws, service agreements of
employees in US, India and other countries, legality of vendor and customer
agreements, compliance of labor laws of USA and coordination with US
immigration department.
Essential Responsibilities:
 |
To attend and counsel the employees
and job applicants by assessing the eligibility under the relevant visa rules
as mandated by US Immigration authorities. Coordinate the education evaluation
process.

To resolve employee queries, issues and keeping him abreast on the developments
relating to his application.
|
|
 |
Drafting the visa applications and relevant
documents for H1, L1 and B1.
|
|
 |
Coordinate with a company designated
immigration lawyer for all GC applications.
|
|
 |
Advise and collate such documentary evidence as
may be required in support of the visa application.
|
|
 |
Be proficient , build and use the company's
database to record immigration related information of the employees and their
families where applicable.
|
|
|
 |
Act like a counsel/mentor to all the employees
attending immigration interviews.
|
|
 |
Work with the head of consulting division in approving the format and content
of vendor and client agreements.
|
|
 |
Work with Global HR head to prepare service
agreements for employees from different countries.
|
|
 |
Ensure compliance of US Company related laws,
and labor laws.
|
Qualifications -- Education and/or Experience:
 |
Degree in law - LLB/LLM.
|
|
 |
5+ years of total experience.
|
|
 |
3+ years of Immigration experience from IT
industry.
