Job Summary
Formulate and develop human resources
policies and procedures to ensure effective talent development, recruitment and
selection, reward practice and benefits to support company goals and
strategies.
Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for HR strategy and its
alignment to business goals
|

 |
Responsible for all areas of Human Resource
Operations viz., employee / compensation data analysis, payroll interface,
Human Resource process / compliance related documentation, exit process &
attrition analysis and change management in Multi country environment.

|
 |
Overall responsibility for compensation and
benefits function, including developing and implementing appropriate
compensation and reward strategies, conducting external benchmarking exercises,
recommending relevant changes to the compensation policies and practices, and
administration of compensation benefits.

Draw up country specific compensation structure across all technical and non
technical hierarchies.

Mapping of business/project specific compensation packages.

Manpower forecasting, budgeting, talent
acquisition strategy, planning, recruitment and selection procedures for
achieving successful retention of recruits.

 |
Ground up research of applicable
labour/employment and other relevant laws in each of the operational countries
as well as new proposed countries.
|
|
 |
Develop, establish and oversee the performance
management process including goal setting, deployment of dashboards and
performance appraisals.
|
|
|
 |
Responsible for employee relations, discipline,
grievance resolution process.
|
|
 |
Create, mentor and lead an effective team.
|
|
 |
Build and maintain effective relationships with
internal clients.
|
|
 |
Participate in Strategic decision making for
the organization.
|
|
 |
Implementation of HRIS.
|
Qualifications -- Education and/or Experience:
 |
MBA in HR - Premier institute is
preferred.
|
|
 |
15+ years of total experience.
|
|
 |
8+ years of experience from IT industry.
|
