Job Summary

We develop software and services for the BFSI industry. We are looking for a strong .NET Technical Project Lead to work with a team of Sr.Programmers to create as well as modify and develop dynamic web applications and who is looking for a great place to work! This opportunity would involve working as a team lead in a cutting edge Microsoft development environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

	Hands on .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL SERVER 2000 / C# coding!.
	Technical analysis, design and development of business requirements.
	Technical planning and delivery of development projects.
	Leadership in design, development, and unit testing of new functionality and code enhancements.
	The ability to prepare estimates and establish schedules for analysis, programming, and project completion and implementation is required, as well as the ability to determine the impact of proposed projects on current workloads.
	Define the interfaces between proposed projects and existing systems, software, and hardware.
	Analysis of business requirements and for accurate estimates of level of effort for analysis, design, and coding, and for evaluation of computer hardware and software for effectiveness and applicability, as required.
	Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to meet the responsibility for inter-team communication of technical and interface specifications.
	Mentoring fellow team members in analytical support of user reported problems to determine appropriate resolution options, on-call support, and problem resolution of production systems will be required.

Qualifications -- Education and/or Experience:

	5+ years work experience using Programming skills (UML, API and EDI Integration, SQL, NET, C++, ASP, VB, XML, C#).
	Graduate degree in Computer Science.
	BSCS Skills.
	US based projects' experience highly recommended.
	Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
	Superior communication skills � both verbal and written.
	Owns individual program delivery.
	Likes to be creative! Independent problem solving, design.
	SDLC knowledge.
	Previous Technical Lead, Project Manager or Software Lead experience.
