Job Summary
The Senior .Net developer will act as team lead and will coordinate technical
requirements between on-site developers and off-shore members of the
development team.
Essential Responsibilities:

 |
Share responsibility and ownership of the
project with the other members of the core development team.
|
|
 |
Design and implement high quality software
solutions to meet product goals and deadlines.
|
|
 |
Gain a deep understanding of the algorithms and
design of the core of the project .
|
|
 |
Aggressively identify opportunities for
engineering improvement in the areas of result quality, reliability,
performance, and maintainability. Drive development projects and help mentor
more junior members of the team.
|
|
 |
A solid foundation in n-tier, Business Objects,
Design Patterns, and general OOP.
|
|
 |
Strong project-management skills.
|
|
|
 |
Experience on sites under heavy loads that
require meticulous attention to coding practices as they relate to performance
and scalability
|
|
Qualifications -- Education and/or Experience:
 |
4+ years of experience developing
with SQL Server 2000 (including stored procedures).
|
|
 |
Strong knowledge of .NET Remoting (including
HTTP and TCP/IP) and UDP .
|
|
 |
Hands on .NET design and development
experience.
|
 |
Strong knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET,
VB.NET, C# and ADO.NET.
|
|
 |
Knowledge of Object Oriented Design and
development concepts.
|
|
 |
Experience and knowledge of SQL Server
Programming Queries, Stored Procedures, and triggers.
|
Desired But Not Mandatory:
 |
Microsoft Pattern and Practice
Team's Enterprise Application Blocks.
|
|
 |
BFSI Industry software development Experience.
|
|
 |
Visual Studio 2005 (including Team System).
|
 |
ASP.NET 2.0, ADO.NET 2.0, AJAX (Atlas), and the
.NET 2.0 Framework.
|
|
 |
SQL Server 2005 feature set, enhancements, and
changes that effect developers.
|
