Job Summary
You should have lead experience in driving huge pieces of Software Development.
The role of the Project Manager is to provide complete technical, financial,
administrative, and scheduling. The Project Manager is responsible to execute
of all assigned projects to meet budgets, scope, schedules, quality and
technical specifications as laid out in approved Project Plans.
Essential Responsibilities:

Initiation through delivery including project
schedules, resource availability, budget and project accounting, etc .

 |
Executes the project to the approved plan;
anticipates, prevents and solves problems that arise.
|
|
 |
Manages project expenditures � prepares regular
status reports and budget updates.
|
|
 |
Liaisons with the Quality Assurance (QA)
Division and Senior Technicians in the design, implementation and monitoring of
Quality Control and QA processes and procedures specific to project
requirements.
|
|
 |
Prepare project plans and SOWs, maintain
project scope definition and effectively manage the change control process.
|
|
 |
Supervise all business and technical consulting
teams on the project and manage expectations.
|
|
 |
Facilitate requirements discovery meetings
(conference calls, on-site visitations, etc.)
|
|
 |
Ensure the efficient implementation of each
deployment step, including delegating duties to all tech leads and keeping team
members informed of the client needs, deadline changes, and functionality
changes.

|
 |
Track budget and managing project costs.
|
Qualifications -- Education and/or Experience:
 |
Graduate or Master's degree in
Computer Science.
|
|
 |
6+ years of experience as Project
Manager.
|
|
 |
Strong Microsoft Technologies
background.
|
 |
Manager. With testing tools such as
JUnit, JProbe, Win Runner and Load Runner.
|
 |
Knowledge/experience in relevant
domains like Enterprise Sourcing and Supply Chain Management.
