Mr. Pavan Kuchana is the Founder of Taksheel. He started Taksheel in New Jersey in 1995 with $10,000 capital right after finishing his masters degree. When all his fellow students were looking for jobs after coming out of campus, he provided them with job opportunities.

He started with a vision to build a global organization with a focus on delivering value to customers. In spite of downturn in IT industry, he always focused on building core competency in financial services sector. Today Taksheel has an impressive list of clientele like Merryl Lynch, Citigroup, Lincoln Financials, Bank of America and more.

Mr. Pavan Kuchana holds Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Tele-communications from Nagpur university, and Masters in computer science from City college of New York(CCNY), City University, New York.

Mr. Harsh Muthal is an experienced industry professional with over twenty five years of general management experience at the national and international level. During this time he has worked at multinational organizations like Unilever Plc and Motorola Inc. He has also been the President of Corporate Strategy at Reliance Industries.

Harsh was the founder CEO of Meadowood Global Inc, a strategy consulting firm from Chicago which he managed and lead to successful acquisition. He has also been part of a few other successful startups.

Harsh Muthal is currently a Senior VP and Country Head for Telecom, in North America at Satyam Computer Services. He also is on the board of Scorpionet Inc, Vindhya Systems and the Chicago Entrepreneurial Center.

Harsh is a management graduate and has a PhD.

Mr. Rajan brings over fifteen years of experience in technology and business strategy to Taksheel. In his last position, Rajan was Chief Technology Officer of Advanced Financial Applications based in New York where he was responsible for the company's financial products, which dealt with trading in the electronic exchanges. Prior to this position, Rajan worked as an independent consultant providing management and technical consulting on strategic planning and implementation of information systems. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice-President (Technology) in Silverline, an international IT services organization. During the course of this position he has been responsible for acquisition and delivery of technology services to various Fortune 500 clients.

He holds MBA from Columbia University, New York and Engineering from Bombay University.

Mr. Hanumantha Rao brings 30 years of rich and varied experience in Business analytics, Strategic planning, Institutional marketing, team building, strategic HR, capacity building, Knowledge management and general management. He looks after corporate affairs and implementation of strategic initiatives. He is responsible for change management. He also oversees legal, HR and facilities management functions.

He is an MBA from IIM - Calcutta and has done his B.Tech from IIT Madras.

Mr. Narasimha Rao brings more than 12 years of experience in Internaltional law, Insurance and immigration. Prior to joining Taksheel he has been independently managing the overseas operations in India & UK of a US Law firm Smith, White, Sharma & Halpern specializing in Immigration. He looks after the legal and Immigration matters of the company.

He holds LLB from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
