As a part of our growth plan, we have openings both at our offsite and at offshore development centers at New Jersey and Hyderabad. We are expanding both these centers and we will be starting our development center at Warangal shortly.

We practice Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM). The goal of our SHRM is to make Taksheel an employer of choice and create a work environment wherein all the associates are prepared, ready and able to contribute as required or as needed. Training, individual coaching and mentoring, leveraging the emerging technologies and career and succession planning are documented internal processes for our HR personnel.
