differentiating factors in order to gain and retain customers and their assets.
The right IT resources can help wealth management firms to:
|
|
 |
Improve client service, from
reporting to call centers.
|
|
 |

As part of our evolution from a consulting to a
projects company we have built up expertise in a variety of domains. Our
specific clientele in Wealth Management has enabled us to build Domain
expertise in Wealth Management Solutions. As part of projects we have
implemented different modules for Wealth Management Solutions. In our
transition to a niche domain area, we have focused on Wealth Management
solutions and have built our own Integrated Wealth Management Framework (IWMF).
IWMF brings a set of pre-fabricated software components in the Wealth
Management space into a framework. Having pre-fabricated pieces to be
implemented yet giving the flexibility to the customer to pick and chose
components, work with their existing software and low cost implementation of
these solutions distinguishes us.
One of the high-value tools Taksheel offers to the wealth management
organization is its Integrated Wealth Management Framework. This cost
effective, customizable application provides a competitive edge by enabling
efficient and effective service delivery and management through several
modules.
This is built on contemporary service oriented architecture and offers
flexibility and scalability with ease of integration, deployment and
maintenance. Built on a concept of working with and integrating with third
party products, our framework is able to offer a "best of breed" approach in
the following areas:
|
|
 |
CRM/Contact Management
|
|
 |
Account Aggregation
|
|
 |
Client Prospecting/Sales
|
|
 |
Financial Planning & Advice
|
|
 |
PM Accounting/Reporting
|
|
 |
Compliance
|
|
 |
Document/Data Repository
|
|
|
The Taksheel's Wealth Management Framework is a
comprehensive technology foundation for desktops across the firm and provides a
unifying framework which incorporated and integrates a variety of business that
constitute wealth management advisory services. A rich data model, with shared
business components that can be leveraged across the firm serves as a standards
based integration hub for consolidating data and integrating applications
across the firm in a flexible and cost effective manner.
|
|
For clients who want to reduce development effort
and project cycle time, we offer a set of reusable frameworks in different
areas.
These reusable frameworks have been developed in-house at Taksheel, using our
domain and technology expertise. They can be customized to meet specific client
requirements.

Key Framework Features
|
|
Wealth Management Technology Platform - IWMF
solutions are delivered through an integrated set of applications and processes
built on wealth management technology platform. The IWMFS wealth management
technology platform serves as a comprehensive technology foundation of an
advisory business by providing a rich set of components and services that are
shared by advisory desktops across the firm. In addition, this platform
provides the unifying framework for integrating advisory processes,
applications and data across the firm, to help firms operate a truly integrated
advisory business.
Integrated Full-lifecycle Advice - IWMF provides comprehensive advisory
functionality that drives the full-lifecycle of integrated advisory processes
spanning sales prospecting, investor profiling, financial planning, asset
allocation, investment selection and portfolio construction, portfolio
monitoring and analysis, portfolio rebalancing, client review and reporting.
Advisory Process Framework - IWMF provides an advisory process framework that
includes pre-built advisory processes that can be configured to meet individual
firm needs. Firms can leverage this framework to link application functionality
across the enterprise into seamlessly integrated business processes and enable
team-based collaboration across the firm. Other features include task
assignment and routing, process monitoring and the ability to view detailed
task history.
Compliance - IWMF enables firms to implement compliance implicitly through
business rules, process definitions and output templates or explicitly through
conditional review and approval tasks within advisory processes. Not only can
firms ensure that they meet changing regulations in a flexible manner but also
ensure consistent adherence to firm-defined policies, guidelines and
procedures. Incrementally Built Solutions - Firms can choose to implement IWMFS
solutions as complete enterprise front-office solutions or choose to license
individual business modules or components to meet specific project needs. Firms
also have the flexibility to build enterprise solutions in an incremental
manner by implementing specific IWMFS modules, one at a time.
Flexible Deployment Models - IWMF solutions or modules can be deployed in a
flexible manner-- by user role (Financial Advisor vs. Investment Consultant) by
user sophistication (Basic vs. Advanced), by geography (Distributed vs.
Centralized) or by delivery mechanism (On-site or Hosted), thus enabling firms
to meet varying business needs and serve multiple client segments.

|
In several projects, these reusable frameworks have
significantly helped to reduce the time taken for business requirement
generation, as well as coding and testing.

architecture, IWMF offer significant flexibility and scalability with
unprecedented ease of integration, deployment and maintenance. Built within the
IWMFS service-oriented architecture are a rich set of business, application and
data services that are designed specifically for the wealth management domain

consolidating data and integrating application functionality distributed across
the firm in a flexible and cost-effective manner. What is unique about this hub
is that it leverages the IWMF's service-oriented architecture to offer
significant flexibility to firms by a services-based, economical approach to
integration. For example, firms can leverage this hub to access data right from
the source as a service, without having to worry about data replication,
redundancy and reconciliation costs.
Ease of Integration: A flexible, standards-based integration framework that
enables integration at multiple-levels (i.e., at a UI, application, data or
process levels) and through multiple methods (i.e., real-time, message-based,
batch or web services integration).
Multi-platform Support: IWMF supports open architecture standards and provides
firms with a broad range of operating system, database and hardware platform
choices. Built using core J2EE technologies, the IWMFS solution also integrates
with services based on the .Net platform.

enterprise-class solution that scales to meet the needs of the largest
financial services firms by supporting flexible deployment across multiple
servers in both horizontal and vertical configurations.
Adaptable Solutions: Metadata-driven configuration supports ease of
extensibility and customizability of IWMFS solutions to meet firm-specific
needs. Also, an easy-to-use SDK helps IT organization to develop new
functionality based on the IWMF platform.
Standards-Based: Built on a .NET platform, IWMFS makes extensive use of
contemporary standards including XML, Web Services, and DSL.
Secure: Includes a robust security framework that easily integrates with a
firm's existing security infrastructure. It also, supports user and application
entitlements to implement data visibility and access control rules. Advisory
Process Framework: Includes a set of pre-built configurable advisory processes
based on best-practice workflows and built using an integrated process engine.
Incorporates features such as collaboration, task-assignment and routing,
process monitoring and the ability to view detailed task history.
